As we celebrate our 25th anniversary, we look back on the years that made Twomey what it is today.
The Duncan family of Silver Oak founded Twomey to create a beautiful single vineyard wine from the newly acquired Soda Canyon Ranch in Napa Valley.
Twomey Napa Valley Winery in Calistoga is acquired.
Twomey Russian River Valley Winery opens.
Calistoga Estate Vineyard is planted to all Sauvignon Blanc. (It was previously half Cabernet Sauvignon and half Sauvignon Blanc!)
The tasting room in Healdsburg opens.
After much exploration and careful consideration, Twomey begins production of four Pinot Noirs from various parts of California and its first Sauvignon Blanc made solely from our Calistoga Estate Vineyard.
Precision viticulture is implemented at the Twomey vineyards in Napa Valley.
Soda Canyon Ranch is Fish Friendly Farming (FFF) and Napa Green certified.
Oakville Estate Vineyard is planted to all Sauvignon Blanc.
Jean-Claude Berrouet, the former winemaker at Chateau Petrus, comes onboard as a consultant.
